So Artificial Emotion now has another name (How long this one lasts is anyones guess), so here is yet another style of the same comic- with an alternate opening and a darker look. What does everyone think? Should I persue this one?

It sure looks awesome, there's only one thing I don't like about it, and it's the speed-stripes when the pilot pulls the lever, its just a bit to cartoony for the rest of the style. Otherwise its very well executed :)

Cheers bud, I know what you mean about the speed lines- but the images were lacking any sense of movement. Do you think speed lines would look better for more dynamic panels- like for a fight scene? Or perhaps somekind of blurring?

Glad you picked up on that, man! I was worried when I initially started writing dialogue how 'likeable' the various characters were- so I've tried to give them plenty of personality- even for less important ones.

And flawless? Thank you very much!

I think you should pursue it. The art style looks great, and the story makes me want to know more about what's going on.

I actually think the speedstripes work well in this image. I don't think they're a mismatch with the rest of the page. I'm not sure whether the image actually needed it. You said it didn't have a sense of movement, but the emphasis on the handle and hand are sufficient IMO.

You're artstyle just keeps improving! This style works great. The level of detail is good, the POV's in the different panels and the way the panels are combined. Very good job mate. Your (ship) designstyle is A-OK as well.

I think you've made a type-o in the introduction. You say "these two races lived harmoniously with the Salmian people", which actually suggests there are three races i.s.o. two.
