This image is a 2D version of one of Marrekie's Google Sketchup renders. I had to tear it apart and dump it on the planet- shame, it's a cool ship.

Hope you like it mate!

Took about 8-10 hours on and off (wish I didn't have to go to work!), done entirely in PhotoShop.

Planets provided by Mr Frenzy's stock.

i will do but there are other pieces in your gallery i really like ,Ruined Worlds springs to mind, one of our first digital art exhibitions is going to be comicbook fantasy art based and i think alot of your stuff would be perfect.

This is insane man... What a sight! Very, very well done mate! How the hell did you nail the detailling so well? I love the broken off ‘wing’ and the way the other ‘wing’ fades away in the background. What a tremendous sight!
I’d say the figures in the foreground worked out great. It may be an idea to add a third figure, about half the size of the other two, somewhere a little further on the slope. This would give the image even more depth and would emphasize the scale of it all.

What a great image man. Remind me never to let you borrow the keys of my spaceship again =D
